Development & Outreach

As an arts administrator, I have found the greatest responsibility I have is the theatre I am providing to areas in need. Having grown up near Chicago with my close family living on the South Side in Brighton Park all my life, I understand the unique stories and lives of Chicago area children and families. Making arts accessible for these individual lives is of the utmost importance.

My time spent at Merit School of Music and my work with Chicago Children’s Theatre and Blue Man Group, Chicago has allowed me to understand and witness first hand the need for the arts in inner Chicago communities and the positive impact arts education and involvement can have on children’s lives.
